TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All our online credit card processing is done through our secure payment facility. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. This information is not kept or passed to us.
We have taken all reasonable care to keep your order details and payments secure by using the latest encryption methods available to us, but, unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for any losses if an unauthorized third party obtains access to your information.
You can pay for your order by Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Switch. Currently we do not take American Express.
All prices quoted on our Web Site include 'Standard delivery' and VAT.
YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US
We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible, either by email (if your order is placed on-line) or by telephone (if your order is placed over the telephone). A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and we will then charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order.
All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Items in stock may be processed & dispatched the same day if they are received before 1pm. Please note we may not always be able to dispatch the same day. As we carry our most popular products in stock we are usually able to offer a next day dispatch time. However, due to the availability of some items, we do ask that you allow 10 working days* for delivery. If we have any problems with your order we will contact you to let you know what is happening and offer alternatives for faster delivery times. Please be aware that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until after 15 working days from dispatch.
Please Note: you should notify us immediately upon receipt of goods that are damaged, failure to do so will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.
All orders are subject to availability of products, if there are any changes to your order then you will be contacted and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
We send our orders out by Royal Mails Second class, First class, Recorded, Special delivery, Parcel Force, or Airmail service (international signed for service). We do not accept responsibility for delivery times.
Standard postage and packing in the UK is £2.95 and is FREE on orders over the value of £75.00.
Next day UK Delivery
Royal Mail provides a 9am and 1pm next day delivery service for the UK . These services can be selected when placing your order. Any surcharges will be displayed at the time of selection.
Postage and packing to EU countries starts from 9.50.
Delivery Outside the EU
Postage and packing internationally starts from 17.50.
Some packages will require a signature on delivery so please ensure a delivery address is given so the package can be signed for through working hours.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Distance selling regulations stipulate that you have a statutory right to cancel your order up to seven working days after receiving delivery of the goods. At Aces Electronics we run a 7-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee which means that if, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought - please follow our returns procedure which can be found here Returns policy and we will exchange it (if you can choose something else) or give you a full refund Excluding Original Delivery Costs, no questions asked.

Any goods returned for a full refund after this 7 day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All products offered for sale by Aces Electronics are new and unused and consequently all goods and their packaging that are the subject of a cancelled or exchanged order must be returned to Aces Electronics at the customers expense in the condition they were delivered, as we are unable to restock goods that have been used or damaged.
Aces Electronics are not a Catalogue company. Anyone ordering several items in hope of finding one to suit will be refused the 7-day money back guarentee. Also products that are returned as either to big or small when the dimensions are clearly stated on our website will also be refused 7 - day money back guarentee and will be subject to a restocking fee.
If you receive an item and find it has a problem that prevents basic operation then please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will advise you of the process to follow.
Please Note: In the situation that no fault / faults can be found with an item that has been returned as faulty a £20.00 testing and handling fee may be charged and the item will be returned to you.
GOODS COLOURS AND COLOUR REPRODUCTION / WEBSITE IMAGES
It is regrettable that we are not able to provide customers with colour-perfect images of our items on the web site. Customers accept that the photographs we make available on our website are as accurate as possible but are provided for informational purposes only, in order to give prospective customers a guide.
The price you pay will be that specified in the checkout facility on the website. Prices for goods include postage. All prices are inclusive of VAT at current UK rates.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or WEEE) Directive is now U.K. law. The WEEE Directive aims to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic equipment being produced and to encourage everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled
Aces Electronics are obliged under the WEEE Directive to offer our customers a free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer buys a new weather station from us we would accept their old weather station and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Customers must pay for the transportation of their WEEE to our premises.
