Aces Electronics want your shopping experience to be as simple and as trouble free as possible. Returning a product
If you need or are consideing returning a product to the weather station shop, please ensure the product you wish to return clearly falls into one of our return guidelines below, before completing our returns request form.

Damaged Product - You may return a product that was damaged on arrival for an exchange. Please read our returns policy.

Unwanted Product - You may return a unwanted product within 7 days of receiving it, for an exchange or full refund.

Duplicate or Incorrect Item - You may return any duplicate or incorrectly sent products as a result of our error for an exchange or full refund.

Faulty Product - You may return a product that has become faulty within Manufacturers Warrenty period.

Missing or Delayed Order
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL depending upon the weight, value and destination. If your order fails to arrive within the time scale outlined in the delivery categories below, then please complete our missing order form.

Royal Mail Stanard Delivery- Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from dispatch date.

Royal Mail Recorded Deliery - Delivery usually takes 3-5 days (2nd Class) & 1-2 days (1st Class) working days from dispatch date.

Royal Mail Special Deliery - Delivery is usually next day before 1.00pm (Special deliery 1pm) or next day before 9.00am (special delivery 9am).

DHL Delivery Service - Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days (UK) and 2-7 working days (International) from dispatch date.
